1 - Updated register on the COPPETEC Foundation.
2 - To be a LAMCE supplier it is
sufficient
to have ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015
certification
3 - Supplier evaluation score:
(a) Evaluation criteria are established for the supplier.
(b) The following score will be awarded for each criterion:
(c) The final score will be the simple average of the scores for each criteria. The tenths obtained in the average are rounded down to the lowest whole number on the scale when they are less than 0.5 and to the highest whole number on the scale when they are greater than 0.5.
(d) To be a LAMCE supplier, the average must be equal or superior to 4 (Good)
4 - Supplier requirements
(a) New suppliers | A score will be given for the items:
History of tradition and
specialization in the field
History of supplying other
COPPE laboratories or other
partner organizations
(b) Old suppliers | Old suppliers have an evaluation history, following the criteria:
Punctuality: Meet the
deadlines set by this
laboratory, keeping it
informed of any occurrences.
Quality: Meets the
requirements set out in the
specification for the process
or product to be purchased.
Communication:
Availability, with quick and
easy ways to get in touch.
Technical assistance:
Quick technical assistance
Information: Promptness in
service
Commercial negotiation:
Agrees to negotiate in order
to reach a good agreement
Availability:
Meet urgent
needs when requested
(c) The criteria above are generic and may be considered non applicable, depending on the product or service to be purchased
(d) The duration of the supplier evaluation is two years. If there are no evaluated purchases within this period, the supplier must be re-evaluated according to the criteria defined in 4.a
(e) Suppliers with an insufficient score to remain active in the supplier register may return to the register after two years of rating, according to the criteria defined in 4. a.
5 - Supplier selection
(a) The provider selection criteria prioritizes the lowest price for a producer with similar quality requirements.
(b) In the case of specialized technical processes and services, criteria for the team's notorious technical expertise are associated with the price. In these cases, the qualifications of the team must be attested by diplomas and certificates of specialization.
