This section contains information on the programs, actions, projects and activities implemented by LAMCE - Laboratory of Computational Methods in Engineering.
1 PETROBRAS
Petrobras Human Resources Training Program
The Program invests in scholarships for
technical and higher education students
(undergraduate, master's and doctorate),
coordinators and visiting researchers from the
Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels sector, as well as
improvements in teaching conditions and
infrastructure at partner institutions. Click here
for more information on the Program.
2 Funding Agencies
The human resources training is financially supported by funding agencies such as CAPES, CNPQ and FAPERJ, through scholarships and research grants.
Information on grants awarded can be found under the item Results.
1 Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum
LAMCE is a research institution licensed by the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum (ANP) to carry out projects in accordance with the Investment in Research and Development Clause of the National Petroleum Agency's Concession Contracts.
The license is regulated by documents:
ANP RESOLUTION No. 33/2005 and
ANP TECHNICAL REGULATION No. 5/2005
Defines rules for investments in R&D by concessionaires, and the RT regulates the preparation of the Report on Expenses incurred with investments in R&D.
ANP RESOLUTION No. 47/2012 and
ANP TECHNICAL REGULATION No. 07/2012
Establishes the criteria for licensing research and development institutions able to participate in projects financed with R&D investment funds.
LAW NO. 11.540/2007
Provides for the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development (FNDCT).
2 Funding Agencies
LAMCE has projects and partnerships with funding agencies such as CNPq, FAPERJ, FINEP and CAPES.
The projects and grants awarded are described
